Biggs Park Mall hours for the week of Monday, March 16th – March 21st, 2020 will be11am-6pm.

The health and well-being of our customers, employees, retail partners, and our communities is always a top priority. We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and are maintaining open lines of communication as this situation evolves.

To date we have taken the following preventative measures:

1. Based on guidelines from the CDC regarding public meetings and events, and out of an abundance of caution, we have made the decision to cancel or postpone all mall events until further notice. To stay updated on when they will be rescheduled make sure to stay tuned to the website.
2. Increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of all high traffic common areas with an enhanced focus on all touchpoints with CDC-recommended cleaning agents.
3. We will continue to work on monitoring the situation and the government’s response. If there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 at the shopping center, we will work with local, state, and federal health officials to implement the proper next steps.
