This year, Biggs Park Mall will be sponsoring the Southeastern Hospice Festival of Trees. They will be holding the festival in the former JCPenney location. The festival supports Robeson County’s not-for-profit hospice agency, where the resources raised help touch the lives of hospice patients and their family members.
